APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointments are very important to VIVA LA BEAUTY. We held your appointments just for you & ask that if you must cancel or reschedule any appointment, please provide us with a 24-hour notice. This way, our team of professionals will be able to adjust their schedules accordingly and we may be able to accommodate clients on our waiting list. We do, of course, understand that unavoidable issues come up and we will do our best to work with you in case of an emergency, etc.
As a courtesy, call and/or email to confirm the date and time at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. You are always welcome to call and double check any appointments if you’re unsure.
If you request appointments for three people or more, we may require a credit card at the time of booking in order to reserve the appointment. Futures online booking require credit information to hold your appointment.
LATE ARRIVALS POLICY
We understand "life happens". If for any reason you are expecting to be late by 10 minutes or more to scheduled appointment, please call us! (973)7982800
We work very hard to schedule the right amount of time for each service. Accommodating late clients is often impossible without disrupting every other client schedule that day. Please be aware in the unfortunate event you are late, we cannot guarantee that your services will be performed that day. Tardiness may require rescheduling your appointment for another day.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. As such, we kindly ask that any changes or cancellations are made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment.
NO-SHOW, NO-CALL POLICY
Any appointment that a client fails to call and adjust or cancel will be considered a “no-show.” Any appointment that is cancelled without the requested 24 hour’s notice may also be not considered for futures appointments.
AFTER CARE SERVICE
If you are not entirely satisfied with your service, please call and schedule within one week. from the original service date for a redo. Any redo requested made after one week from the original service date will be under the discretion of management approval. The redo policy doesn’t cover a change your services. Full service price applies after two weeks. We do not offer refunds for any services.
